Compassionate, evidence-based counselling for every stage of life — tailored to you.
"A space that is entirely yours."
Life can feel overwhelming — whether you're carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right. Individual counselling offers you a private, confidential space to slow down, be heard, and begin to understand yourself more deeply.
Working one-on-one with a compassionate counsellor, you'll explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we develop practical strategies and deeper insights that support lasting change — not just symptom relief, but genuine growth.
Our Approach
Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centred counselling to support your journey.
"Rediscover each other."
Every relationship goes through seasons — and sometimes those seasons feel impossibly hard. Couples therapy provides a safe, neutral space for both partners to be heard, understood, and supported as you work through challenges together.
Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, trust issues, or simply feeling disconnected, therapy can help you rebuild the foundation of your relationship. We work with couples at all stages — from early difficulties to long-term partnerships seeking renewal.
Our Approach
We use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) frameworks to help couples identify negative patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.
"Stronger together."
Families are complex, beautiful, and sometimes deeply challenging. When conflict, change, or pain enters the family system, it can affect everyone. Family counselling brings the whole family into the room — creating space for every voice to be heard and valued.
We work with families of all shapes and structures: blended families, single-parent households, families navigating divorce or separation, and those dealing with the impact of mental health, addiction, or grief on the family unit. Our goal is to help you understand one another better and build stronger, more connected relationships.
Our Approach
We use a systemic, strengths-based approach — recognising that each family member plays a role in the family dynamic, and that healing one relationship can positively ripple through the whole family.
"You are not alone in this."
Grief and trauma can reshape your world in ways that are hard to put into words. Whether you've experienced the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or a traumatic event, the pain is real — and it deserves to be met with compassion, not rushed.
Our grief and trauma support is gentle, paced, and deeply respectful of your experience. We don't believe in "getting over it" — we believe in learning to carry your story with more ease, and finding your way back to a life that feels meaningful and alive.
Our Approach
We draw on trauma-informed approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Narrative Therapy, and somatic awareness techniques to support healing at a pace that feels safe for you.
"Recovery is possible — one step at a time."
Alcohol and other drug (AOD) use can quietly take hold of your life, affecting your relationships, work, health, and sense of self. Whether you're concerned about your own use or supporting someone you love, AOD counselling offers a non-judgmental, compassionate space to explore what's driving the use and what change might look like for you.
We understand that substance use is rarely just about the substance — it's often a response to pain, trauma, stress, or unmet needs. Our AOD counselling takes a holistic, person-centred approach, working with you to understand the underlying factors, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. Whether your goal is abstinence, reduction, or harm minimisation, we meet you where you are.
Our Approach
We use Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and harm minimisation frameworks to support your recovery journey. Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and tailored to your goals — whether that's cutting back, stopping, or simply understanding your relationship with substances better.
"Healing the wounds that words alone cannot reach."
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from the lasting effects of trauma, distressing memories, and overwhelming life experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works directly with the way traumatic memories are stored in the brain — helping to process and integrate them so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.
EMDR has been extensively researched and is recognised by the World Health Organization (WHO) and leading mental health bodies as an effective treatment for PTSD and trauma. Many people find that EMDR brings relief more quickly than they expected — often processing experiences that have been stuck for years. Sessions are carefully paced and always conducted within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship.
Our Approach
EMDR follows a structured eight-phase protocol developed by Dr Francine Shapiro. Using bilateral stimulation — typically guided eye movements — the therapy helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they become integrated, rather than intrusive. We work at your pace, ensuring you feel safe and in control throughout every session.
That's completely okay. Give us a call and we'll help you find the right fit — no pressure, no obligation.
